Why can't an employee be selected in the working hours?

An employee's working hours can be created or edited at any time afterwards. However, if the employee you want does not appear in the selection field of the employee search, this can have two reasons.

1 Entry date

It is possible that you are in the working times on a day that is before the entry date of the employee concerned. In this case you have to adjust the entry date in the master data.

2 Leaving date

The same applies to the leaving date. If you want to add or edit times although the employee has already been set to "Inactive", this is no longer possible.
