Working times from the terminal do not arrive in the system

If working times stamped at the terminal are not displayed in your manager access, this may be due to a missing internet connection.

If the working times stamped at the terminal are not displayed as working times in e2n, then your device was not connected to the internet at the time of stamping (or still is). 

At this point, please check whether the network cable is plugged in correctly.

You can rest assured: Our terminals temporarily store data until they can be delivered to our server.

In this case, all employees will continue to stamp as normal.

Please press "Come" or "Go" only once!

Stored times are displayed as a small number at the top right of the terminal. On the iPad, they are displayed at the bottom right:

If the terminal does not send the times despite an internet connection, it usually helps to restart the device. This works as follows:

1. press and hold the e2n logo at the top centre of the display until another menu appears
2. press "User settings". 
3. press the lower arrow on the right-hand side of the screen until the view jumps down one page.
4. press "Restart device". 
5. press the screen as soon as "Are you sure?" is displayed.

If the small numbers are still displayed, press the Info key once and hold out a token. Then press ESC in the top right-hand corner. The terminal should now have sent the temporarily stored working times away.
