Employment law examinations

Employment law checks are carried out in the system for working hours, protection of minors and minimum wage. Tax audits are also integrated.

1 General

A note appears if an employee is registered twice. This can happen if the employee has registered more than once.

 

2 Working time

  • Worked too long: The duration of the working time on one day is longer than 10 hours
  • Rest period not observed: Break since end of last shift (previous day) is less than 11 hours
  • Break not observed: Employee works longer than 6 hours and has taken less than 30 min break
  • Break not observed: Employee works longer than 9 hours and has had less than 45 min break
 

3 Protection of minors

These checks apply to all employees who are minors.

  • Worked too early or too late: Employee starts work before 6:00 am or finishes work after 10:00 pm.
  • Worked too long: Employee works more than 8 hours in one day
  • Break not taken: Employee works longer than 4.5 hours and has taken less than 30 minutes break
  • Break not taken: Employee works longer than 6 hours and has taken less than 60 min break

4 Minimum wage

Hourly wage less general supplements is less than 12.00 EUR for temporary workers of full age.

 

5 Tax law

Note if a temporary worker has earned more than 520.00 EUR in one month
Note if a temporary worker (short-term employee) has more than 50 working days in this calendar year.
